40' Tollycraft Tri Cabin including Boathouse C331 in TYC basin. Boathouse is 49' x 15'. Miss B’Haven is a 1978 40 foot Tollycraft Tri-Cabin Cruiser. She was delivered to her original owner in 1978 in Oregon and moored in a boat house at the Portland Yacht Club on the river. We bought her from the original owner in 1998, moved her to Tacoma and bought a boat house at TYC where she has been under cover for the last 25 years. The berth configuration includes a double master berth in the aft cabin with 3 storage drawers built-in under bed. It also has a dressing table with drawers, cabinets, large mirror and a double hanging locker. The aft cabin also includes a separate head, shower and sink with cabinets and storage. The salon couch and cushions convert into a large double berth in the main cabin. The forward V-Berth has a separate head, shower and sink with cabinets and storage. It also has ample storage and a hanging locker. All the cabinetry is teak and built by expert craftsmen at Tollycraft yachts.
