On behalf of the Daffodil Committee, it is our pleasure to present Steve and Deanna Keller as Grand Marshals for this year’s Daffodil Marine Parade. Steve has been involved with Daffodil in the Basin Crew since 1993, before he became a member in 1994. Steve and Deanna first met in 2002 where they arrived at Blake Island individually on his powerboat and her sailboat. Within months, they became Daffodil Committee co-chairs. Since then they have been involved in numerous Yacht Club positions and activities, such as Daffodil Basin Commander for several years, Bridge Officer, Board Member for three terms, chaired the Outreach Committee, Membership Committee, By-Law Committee, Poulsbo Cruise, and assisted in a variety of other events and committees. They follow a long line of Daffodil Grand Marshals who have participated and provided leadership to our club.
Congratulations Steve and Deanna and thank you for all you have done for our Yacht Club.
Members can now add locations such as marinas or anchorages to the TYC site. Once a location has been added, all members can add photos and comments to the location web page, and include the location in their boat's float plan. Get started by clicking the new "Locations" tab on the left menu.
